Building Survey
(formally known as Structural Surveys) An extensive inspection of all accessible parts to provide a full and detailed report of the construction used, evident defects and immediate and anticipated future repairs.
Survey can include:
Roofs, Chimney Stacks, Gutters, External Walls, Brickwork, Windows & Double Glazing, Damp Proof Course, Floors, Electricity and Plasterwork.
Report on Main Structure
Focuses on specific elements of a building that may be of concern such as foundations,walls, damp proof course, roof frame and covering, chimney stacks etc.
An agreement enabling a Building Owner to carry out work on his/her property while ensuring the Adjoining Owner is not unnecessarily and adversely affected by the work undertaken.
I can be appointed either on behalf of the Building Owner or neighbours next to the building works.
